Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Every order ships internationally from China, so delivery times depend on your destination, customs processing and your local postal service.
Your tracking link shows where your order is and its latest estimated delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Tracked shipping is US$7. Orders of US$150 or more ship free.
Tracking
Every Counterpart order includes tracked shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government charges depending on their country's regulations.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Counterpart is unable to predict or control these fees.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking information.
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
While we'll do our best to update your address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Counterpart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
